1) Return/Refund Policy

COD/Direct Purchases:

For items that are purchased on the spot, you as the customer will get to examine the products on the spot. If you realize that you do not like the product, you may choose not to purchase it. We would not entertain requests for refunds after item has been used or purchased.

2) Insufficient number of chips?

Sometimes, when the manufacturer packs the pokerchips, they may have miscounted and given you a chip or two lesser, or given you some spoilt chips. Just give us a call or sms us, and we will replace the missing chips for you. :)

3) How to make payment?

Making payment is as easy as 1,2,3. Simply give us a ring/sms, and we will deliver the chips to the designated area of

You may also choose to purchase your product directly from:

- Plaza Singapura, Lvl 7, Toy Outpost

After checking the quality of the chips, payment will then be made (COD).

For any other deliveries not sited in these areas, a delivery charge will be imposed depending on your area.

Cash is obviously the simplest payment method! It saves time and effort, and that is the reason why we do not dabble in paypal or money transfer via ATMs. :)

4) Am I a reliable dealer? Am I a fraud?

I believe actions would speak louder than words, and you could check out the Chatbox at the side of the blogstore or our Testimonials to browse through the comments left by many other buyers, and you could decide for yourself.

Many people have smsed and asked me, do i still have anymore stock for the 300 and 500PCS pokerchips sets, and for everyone out there..
